The Texan brand is embracing the occasion by offering 142 complimentary Espresso Martinis at Simmons Piccadilly, in a nod to the 142nd anniversary of the Martini cocktail.

Guests will be able to claim one free cocktail per person during happy hour on Friday between 3pm and 8pm.

Tito’s is also teaming up with The Vault in Soho and The Piano Bar in Kensington to provide special offers on their Martini menus.

Both venues welcome guests’ four-legged friends, offering extra treats in line with Tito’s ‘Vodka for Dog People’ initiative.

Christian Ozzati, international marketing director of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, said: “The Martini has stood the test of time for good reason. Whether enjoyed stirred, shaken, dirty, wet, dry or as an Espresso Martini, it remains one of the most recognisable and beloved cocktails in the world.

“National Martini Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate its legacy and invite consumers to experience a great Martini made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.”

Earlier this month, Tito’s rolled out its first national UK campaign as part of the brand’s long-term investment in the market.

While National Martini Day is typically a US-based celebration, World Martini Day, which is celebrated globally, will be marked this Saturday (20 June).
