Whitebox unveils Selfridges-exclusive Spicy Marg

Ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail brand Whitebox has partnered with department store Selfridges to launch an exclusive Spicy Mango Margarita.

The Mango Spicy Marg is dressed in Selfridges’ brand colours

Available from today (14 May) in Selfridges’ London, Manchester and Birmingham stores and on www.selfridges.com, the Spicy Mango Margarita is the first Whitebox cocktail to be created exclusively for the store.

The 100ml, 19.5% ABV serve builds on Whitebox’s popular Spicy Marg, adding ripe mango sweetness to its signature chilli warmth.

BBC Food and trend-forecasting company WGSN recently highlighted ‘fricy’ – the fusion of fruity and spicy – as one of the defining flavour movements of 2026.

Crafted from Tequila, lime, chilli and mango, the result is a perfectly balanced, full-strength cocktail with citrus brightness, gentle heat and a juicy tropical finish.

It is priced at £4.99 (US$6.75) per can, and recommended served over ice in a rocks glass, garnished with chilli and a slice of mango.

Ben Iravani, co-founder of Whitebox Cocktails, said: “The Margarita is the world’s most popular cocktail, so there is plenty of demand for innovation around this drink. For the collaboration, we built on our full-strength Spicy Marg recipe by adding mango and rebalancing the spice to add a sweet, fruit dimension to our best-selling cocktail.

“Our founding team have spent years refining recipes like this at some of the world’s top cocktail bars, and we are proud to be working with Selfridges to bring this drink to their customers this summer.”

Presented in Selfridges’ signature brand colour, Pantone 109, the can is said to be ‘as summer-ready as its contents’.

The launch brings Whitebox’s range of single-serve cocktails to 14, joining the Classic Cosmo, Dirty Martini, and the Master medal-winning Pocket Negroni and Freezer Martini.

It most recently added a tiki-inspired Mai Tai and a pre-Prohibition Clover Club to its lineup.
