Matthew Lillard gets nostalgic with Ghost Face Vodka

Scream actor Matthew Lillard’s Macabre Spirits has partnered with Fun World to unveil its second horror-inspired spirit: Ghost Face Vodka.

Lillard, who portrayed the original masked Ghost Face killer in Scream in 1996 alongside Skeet Ulrich, is said to be returning to the slasher franchise’s seventh movie, releasing in February.

To celebrate the comeback, Macabre Spirits – co-founded by Lillard and screenwriter Justin Ware – has partnered with Fun World, the owner of the Ghost Face copyright and trademark.

The two companies have created a vodka that aims to “make every party a killer party with a vodka that is as smooth and strong as a knife’s blade”.

Lillard commented on the release: “At Macabre Spirits, we love creating premium spirit experiences for the horror community. I’ve had a long, lovely history with that mask, so getting to work with Fun World to bring the iconic Ghost Face mask into a whole new space felt full-circle.

“It’s a chance to give fans something premium, something collectable, and something that tastes incredible – just in time for me to return to the scene of the crime this February.”

Ghost Face Vodka is a naturally gluten-free, 100% German Potato vodka that is said to shine in cocktails and on its own.

The limited edition vodka is presented in a collectable box that includes a signed bottle from Lillard, glassware, pins, and an exclusive social party game, Killer Bash, accessible via a QR code on the label.

The horror-themed spirit will be available exclusively direct-to-consumer on Ghost Face Vodka’s official website from 9 February 2026, priced at US$160 for the set. The price includes shipping in the US.

The vodka’s retail rollout in select US states will begin later in 2026, leading up to Halloween.

Macabre Spirits is part of Lillard and Ware’s fantasy-inspired spirits company, Find Familiar Spirits, established in 2023 with Blue Run Spirits co-founder Tim Sparapani.

In October 2024, Macabre released its first spirit, reposado Tequila.

Last year, Find Familiar Spirits partnered with Manifest Distilling to support independent brands with custom blending and bottling.
