Flor de Caña teases new design
By Miona MadsenNicaraguan rum Flor de Caña has previewed a new brand identity as part of its newly formed distribution partnership in Italy with Fratelli Branca Distillerie.

The collaboration with Fratelli Branca brings Flor de Caña’s full range of sustainably crafted premium rums to the Italian market.
As part of the partnership, the rum brand has given a sneak peek of its new and refreshed packaging, with further details to be revealed in the coming months.
Flor de Caña and Fratelli Branca are both said to be committed to family tradition, long-term vision, and excellence, with both companies currently led by their fifth generation.
Both say sustainability is a core value and share a philosophy of ‘innovating while preserving tradition’.
These shared values and heritage are expected to help the Nicaraguan rum strengthen its strategic distribution, enhance its brand positioning, and establish long-lasting partnerships within Italy.
Flor de Caña was founded in 1890. Today, it promotes sustainability by distilling its rum using 100% renewable energy, capturing all CO₂ emissions during fermentation, planting more than one million trees since 2005, and is carbon-neutral certified.
Last year, the brand celebrated its 135th anniversary with the release of Flor de Caña 35 Year Rum, its oldest release to date.
