Diistil serves up Christmas Pudding spirit
By Miona MadsenOn-demand spirits platform Diistil has partnered with Urban Pubs & Bars to offer its Christmas Pudding spirit across 50 venues in London.

The festive rollout is Diistil’s largest to date, featuring the brand’s Christmas Pudding spirit, which has been incorporated into a seasonal twist on the classic Negroni, available at select Urban Pubs & Bars throughout the Christmas period.
Urban’s Christmas Pudding Negroni combines Diistil’s Christmas Pudding spirit with Campari and sweet vermouth, finished with an orange garnish.
The festive spirit was drawn from Diistil’s flavour library – an archive of more than 60 distilled flavours designed explicitly for cocktail programmes.
The spirit is said to capture the traditional notes of English Christmas pudding, including baking spices, rich dried fruits, and citrus peel. The bar-friendly spirit is designed for consistent, high-volume service.

Urban Pubs & Bars operates more than 60 pubs, bars, and restaurants in London, including well-known venues such as Nest in Bishopsgate and The Ganton Arms in Soho.
The group is renowned for creating neighbourhood-focused venues with distinct identities and well-established bar programmes. This is said to make it a strong partner for seasonal activations across multiple locations.

Earlier this year, Diistil collaborated to create gins for the Nyx Hotel Holborn, Strand Palace, and Middle Eight Hotel.
