Atlanta-based Tip Top Proper Cocktails has announced that current CEO and co-founder Yoni Reisman will be stepping away from day-to-day operations, with Reely assuming the role of CEO effective 1 July.

Reisman will remain at the company as chairman of the board.

“Growing Tip Top from an idea into a US$10 million business has been an incredible journey – one that simply wouldn’t have been possible without our remarkable team,” Reisman said.

“As the company matures and enters its next phase, it’s natural for a leader whose strengths align with this stage of growth to step in. Over the past few years as our chief sales officer, Nick has proven himself to be exactly that leader. He is an invaluable force and the right person to guide Tip Top forward.”

Prior to joining Tip Top, Reely served as vice-president of marketing and senior marketing director at Pabst Brewing Company, where he was responsible for strategy, campaign development, and brand innovation.

At Tip Top, Reely has been pivotal to brand growth, expanding its route to market from five states to 25.

“It’s not how far Tip Top has come, but how far it can go that energises me,” Reely added. “We have a great team, a clear vision, and a brand that is really resonating with consumers; we’re building something that feels very special.”

Tip Top was founded in 2018 by Reisman and Neal Cohen, who serves as chief brand officer. The brand offers a full range of compact ready-to-drink cocktails including Jungle Bird, Paper Plane, Bee’s Knees, and Espresso Martini.
