Sexy Fish marks 10 years with global menu
By Georgie CollinsTo begin its 10th anniversary celebrations, Japanese-inspired bar and restaurant Sexy Fish has unveiled its latest cocktail menu, X, which revives and reinvents 20 serves from the last decade.

Arriving at all Sexy Fish locations in London, Manchester, Miami and Dubai on 27 June, X is described as a cocktail menu for the ages, and features 20 drinks that have previously graced the bar’s menus from 2015 to the present day.
Each of the cocktails has been ‘reinvented for the modern drinker’, reflecting the evolution of the brand and its customers since it first opened in Berkeley Square, London, in 2015.
Each cocktail tells a story, drawing on industries, collaborators and guests that have passed through the venue’s doors, spanning fashion, high art, Japanese culture, and milestone moments that have shaped the Sexy Fish identity.
The 10th anniversary cocktail list has been curated by Xavier Landais, director of beverage at Sexy Fish parent company Caprice Holdings, who has been with the firm for 20 years.

Developed alongside his teams in Miami, Dubai, Manchester and London, this menu is said to represent a culmination of months of development and a commitment to exceeding and predicting the changing consumer demands at Sexy Fish, and beyond.
Landais commented: “Sexy Fish has always stood for bold creativity and world-class quality in both food and drink. This new menu is a tribute to the incredible talent that has come through our bars over the last 10 years. Each cocktail tells part of our story, but with a modern twist. It’s our way of celebrating Sexy Fish’s past while raising a glass to the future.”
The full menu features an equal split of alcoholic and no- and low-alcoholic serves, each carefully modernised using advanced techniques, refined ingredients, and a fresh approach to balance and presentation.
Highlights include Miso Thirsty, a ‘bold’ reimagining of a house favourite from Sexy Fish’s 2015 opening menu that contains Hibiki Harmony whisky, miso, plum, and sesame – a nod to Sexy Fish’s unrivalled Japanese whisky collection, and its playful spirit.
Meanwhile Fit as a Fiddle is a playful, low-ABV and ‘beautifully layered’ serve made using Código 1530 Rosa Tequila, pineapple, yuzu, coconut and hibiscus. It is described as an embodiment of ‘naughty and nice’, and is a reinvention of the 2015 iteration.
Inspired by the bar team’s travels to Shanghai, Super Magic Monkey channels the spirit of the Silk Road, and first appeared on the Sexy Fish menu in 2019. It is a blend of Altamura vodka, pineapple, citrus, ginger, gochujang, coconut and whey. It was previously a hit when it launched and is still said to be a classic among Sexy Fish fans globally.
The X menu will launch globally on Friday and will run for its 10th anniversary year, 2025-2026.
Earlier this year, Sexy Fish expanded its own-label brand with a premium vodka.
