London Cocktail Week plans July Warm-Up event
By Melita KielyIn support of the on-trade, London Cocktail Week will host a ‘warm-up’ celebration in July ahead of the month-long official event in October.

The London Cocktail Week Warm-Up will take place from 5-11 July to support the city’s ‘best hidden bars’.
Imbibers who buy a wristband for the event will have the chance to visit 30 of London’s hidden bars, who will be creating special £7 (US$10) cocktails for the occasion.
Each venue picked for the July event has been chosen because it has no outdoor space, meaning it was among the longest-closed bars during lockdown.
Bars will include: Satan’s Whiskers, Coupette, Happiness Forgets, Swift Shoreditch, Oriole, Blind Pig, Shrub & Shutter, Funkidory, Little Mercies, Callooh Callay, Disrepute, Homeboy and more.
Wristbands are priced at £15 (US$21) and will be valid for both the London Cocktail Week Warm-Up in July and the main London Cocktail Week event in October, when 250 of the city’s finest watering holes will be offering £7 cocktails.
Wristbands can be bought online at londoncocktailweek.com and collected from any of the participating venues during the event.
