Walsh Whiskey names Paragon Brands UK distributor
Walsh Whiskey Distillery has appointed Paragon Brands as the UK distributor for its portfolio of Irish whiskeys.
Paragon Brands will distribute The Irishman and Writers’ Tears in the UKWalsh Whiskey Distillery’s range, which includes Writers’ Tears and The Irishman expressions, will now be distributed by UK-based importer Paragon Brands.
John Kelly, commercial director of Walsh Whiskey Distillery, said: “We are really excited about developing our small-batch, craft whiskeys in the UK in partnership with Paragon Brands.
“It is a priority market for us and one where we see a significant opportunity for growth. This distribution partnership with Paragon Brands will allow us to unlock that opportunity.”
Writers’ Tears and The Irishman Irish whiskeys are available in 45 markets worldwide.

Earlier this year, the Irish whiskey producer signed a €4 million (US$4.89m) Canadian distribution deal with Woodman Wines & Spirits.
