Simmons Bars has multiple locations throughout London, including Bank, King’s Cross, Leicester Square, and Shoreditch.

The bar chain has curated a summer menu featuring three signature serves made with Tito’s vodka.

Made with the brand’s vodka, triple sec, soda, and fresh citrus, the Tito’s Collins is a long, easy-drinking twist on the classic gin-based Tom Collins. It swaps gin for vodka and adds in triple sec – which is typically used in the Tequila-based Margarita serve.

The cocktail is available in three flavours: spicy mango, kiwi and lime, and blood orange.

Simmons is known for its nightlife, happy hours, and cocktails that embrace a lighthearted spirit. The Tito’s Collins is said to align with the bar’s ethos as simple and refreshing serves.

All three cocktails are now available at all 14 Simmons Bars in London as part of the core cocktail menu, and during happy hour with two-for-one pricing.

Last month, Tito’s celebrated National Martini Day by partnering with Simmons Piccadilly to offer complimentary Espresso Martinis during happy hour.

The brand also recently launched its first national UK campaign as part of a long-term investment in the market.

In August last year, the founder of Simmons purchased the UK cocktail bar chain after it went into administration due to cash flow issues.
