Isle of Raasay names UK distributor
R&B Distillers has appointed GHF as its distributor and brand development partner in the UK for Isle of Raasay single malt whisky.

The agreement also includes R&B’s Scottish non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ brand Feragaia.
Under the agreement, London-based brand development agency GHF will collaborate with R&B Distillers on sales, distribution, and trade marketing for Raasay and Feragaia across the UK.
The deal aims to deliver against objectives in distribution, account management, and in-venue product promotion.
Tristram Coates, founder and CEO of GHF, commented: “Raasay is one of the most compelling stories in Scotch whisky, a true island single malt with genuine provenance and a quality of liquid that stands up in any company. Feragaia is equally distinctive, offering a genuinely grown-up, uncompromising approach to the non alcoholic category.
“Our role is to bring focus and executional intensity to the growth of both brands in the UK, placing them in the right venues and retailers at the right time. London’s most iconic outlets are where reputations are made, and that is exactly where this portfolio belongs.”
The appointment is said to signal the next stage of growth for Raasay and Feragaia, as both brands aim to double their UK revenue and expand their presence beyond Scotland.
The strategy includes securing prestigious placements at venues across London and the South of England.
William Dobbie, managing director of R&B Distillers, said: “As we look to increase our distribution and brand awareness beyond Scotland, where we have built a solid foundation, GHF’s relationships across the most influential venues and retailers in the UK make them the right partner for this next chapter.
“Their track record of building premium drinks brands with credibility speaks for itself. We look forward to getting started with them as our focused partner on the trade channel.”
Last year, Isle of Raasay Distillery launched a consumer experience that allows guests to live the life of a distiller for two days.
Earlier this year, Cask Connoisseur released its annual list of the UK and Ireland’s favourite whisky distilleries, placing Isle of Raasay in seventh place.
