Cutwater taps Parker Posey for summer campaign

Anheuser-Busch’s ready-to-drink (RTD) brand Cutwater has teamed up with actor Parker Posey to ‘redefine’ summer hosting with Long Island Iced Tea.

In Cutwater’s ‘The Longest Island’ creative campaign, The White Lotus actor took on the role of a house party host.

Highlighting the brand’s RTD Long Island Iced Tea, canned at 13% ABV, the campaign encourages hosts to join the celebration instead of spending the night mixing cocktails for guests.

The initiative aims to crown the kitchen island as the ultimate stage for summer gatherings.

Posey commented on the campaign: “Let’s be honest, the kitchen island is the heart of every party – but just like summer, it never feels quite long enough.

“I partnered with Cutwater to build The Longest Island, because when a perfectly mixed can of Cutwater is doing all the heavy lifting, I can officially resign from my amateur bartending duties, gather around the island, and reclaim my rightful place as the life of the party – because a great host should be setting the vibe, not serving it.”

The brand’s Long Island Iced Tea is available in the US in 355ml cans, sold in packs of four.

To help hosts realise their elevated entertaining vision, Cutwater has launched a national sweepstakes.

One winner will receive a cash prize of US$10,000 to upgrade their kitchen island or home hosting setup, along with a year’s supply of Cutwater Long Island Iced Teas. The raffle is open to individuals over the age of 21 and will be conducted on social media.
