Coppa Cocktails lands in France
By Miona MadsenMG Destilerías has partnered with BBC Spirits to launch its ready-to-drink (RTD) brand Coppa Cocktails in France.

Coppa Cocktails makes its French debut this month with four flavours: Piña Colada, Passion Fruit Martini, Mojito and Margarita.
Each cocktail is presented in a 700ml bottle that contains six serves at an ABV of 14.9%, with a RRP of approximately €15.90 (US$18.50).
The brand will initially launch in the off-trade, focusing on regional supermarket chains.
The launch aims to introduce French consumers to an easier way to enjoy quality cocktails at home; all they need to add is ice.
Manu Giró, CEO of MG Destilerías, said: “Our ambition is to make cocktails accessible to a wider audience, while delivering bar-quality taste and experience that can be enjoyed effortlessly at home.
“France is a natural next step for Coppa Cocktails – a market with a strong cocktail culture and clear potential for premium ready-to-serve formats.”
Crafted with ‘real spirits and natural ingredients’, the range is free from preservatives and artificial flavourings.
From a retail standpoint, the format is designed for operational efficiency: the products do not have a best-before date when unopened and can be stored in the fridge for up to three to four months once opened.
Under the new distribution agreement, BBC Spirits will launch a dedicated in-store activation campaign throughout the summer of 2026.
Branded displays and interactive experiences will also support the launch to encourage shoppers to explore the product range.
MG Destilerías acquired Coppa Cocktails in 2024. The brand now features a portfolio of 12 cocktail flavours, including a range of canned RTD cocktails that launched last year.
Earlier this month, the RTD brand secured listings with four airlines and key airport locations in Spain and Turkey.
