Campari Group has confirmed changes to its board of directors

The new additions to the board follow the resignation of Alesandra Garavoglia, Robert Kunze-Concewitz and Paolo Marchesini from their positions as directors in March. Garavoglia will remain as a non-executive director.

Also joining the board are Francesco Mele, group chief financial officer, who will be an executive director; Jacopo Forloni, as non-executive director; and Chiara Lazzarini, as non-executive director.

Furthermore, Jean-Marie Laborde, former non-executive director and vice-chairman, and chairman of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee, will be an executive director.

As a result, Laborde will no longer serve as the committee’s chairman, and the role will be filled by Lazzarini.

In Campari Group’s full-year financial results for 2025, the company posted net sales of €3.051 billion (US$3.54bn). This was up by 2.4% on an organic basis from 2024, and down by 0.6% on a reported basis.

Speaking after the results, Campari Group’s CEO said he believed focusing on its big brands and geographic expansion could deliver another year of growth.
