Dalmore reimagines distillery experience

Whyte & Mackay-owned single malt The Dalmore has reimagined its guest experience as an ‘impressive and immersive expression’ of the brand.

The new guest experience at The Dalmore Distillery will be entirely customisable

The Dalmore’s reimagined brand home, located on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in Scotland’s eastern Highlands, will welcome guests from 27 April. The brand said it will not be a ‘typical’ whisky visitor centre.

The guest experience will showcase The Dalmore’s passion for design with intent and consideration at every touchpoint, offering a blend of elevated storytelling, tactile and sensory moments, and guided whisky tastings that extend beyond the core range.

Each guest will receive an entirely private and bespoke experience, liaising with The Dalmore’s concierge to personalise their visit prior to arrival.

All tour guests will receive carefully curated refreshments and canapés on arrival, plus the opportunity to savour three single malt whiskies from The Dalmore’s Principal Collection, as well as Distillery Select limited editions.

An exclusive priority booking window for the brand experience will open to members of The Dalmore Guild on Thursday 26 March.

Those who become a member of The Dalmore Guild by 25 March will receive an invitation to the priority access list.

To join The Guild, visit: www.thedalmore.com/en/the-guild.

Bookings will open to the general public from 30 March and can be made via the website. Pricing information has not yet been released.
