What spirits are in this year’s Golden Globes gift bag?
By Nicola CarruthersA case of Scotch whisky from the Isle of Harris and a duo of gins from Welsh brand Cygnet will be part of this year’s Golden Globes goody bag, valued at just under US$1 million.

The 83rd Golden Globes ceremony, the first major entertainment awards show of the year, will be broadcast live this Sunday (11 January) from 8pm ET.
All winners and presenters at this year’s star-studded Golden Globes will be bestowed with ‘The Ultimate Gift Bag’, which is said to offer the most expansive selection of complimentary products and experiences to date.
For approximately 35 recipients, the gift bag will include one, six-bottle case of whisky from a cask from the Isle of Harris Distillery in Scotland. It was made exclusively for the Golden Globes and is valued at US$1,080.
Isle of Harris also featured in last year’s goody bag (alongside Komos Tequila), when it provided bottles of its gin and debut single malt whisky The Hearach, with one or both found in all 100 gift bags.
This time the Golden Globes will spotlight gin from Welsh brand Cygnet, co-founded by classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE. All of this year’s gift bags contain a bottle each of Cygnet 22 and Cygnet 77, as well as a pair of Martini and rocks glasses by renowned bartender Erik Lorincz. This set is valued at US$500.
Both gins are made with Manuka honey. Cygnet 77 has been aged for more than 12 months in Welsh whisky barrels.
One gift bag recipient will also get their hands on nine rare bottles of Liber Pater French wines from years spanning 2006 to 2019, with a price tag of US$210,000.

In addition, lifestyle magazine Robb Report, which curates the gift bag, will offer a three-bottle Napa Valley Wine Club Discovery Level membership (US$300) to a trio of recipients.
One person will also be gifted two tickets to the 2026 Golden Vines, a fine dining and wine awards ceremony, valued at US$30,000.
The 2026 gift bag also offers double the number of global travel getaways to last year. This year’s 18-strong offering includes a luxury yacht charter in Indonesia, and multi-night stays in luxury hotels in Thailand, the Maldives, Mexico and Jamaica.
In the beauty and wellness space, celebrities will gain Maison Devereux’s Golden Circle membership (available to three people) and Tronque’s luxury spa box (available to all).
The centrepiece of the swag bag is the Atlas Signature Duffel Bag, made with premium natural suede and 100% cotton.
