Cygnet launches non-alcoholic Infinity
By Miona MadsenWelsh gin brand Cygnet has moved into the non-alcoholic category with Infinity, a botanical ‘spirit’ made with Manuka honey, lion’s mane, Siberian ginseng, and schisandra.

Described as a first of its kind luxury non-alcoholic botanical ‘spirit’, Cygnet Infinity was created to ‘redefine sustainable luxury’.
The new expression joins the brand’s range, which includes Welsh Dry Gin, Cygnet 22, and cask-aged Cygnet 77.
Cygnet Infinity is crafted to be a unique, alcohol-free alternative rather than an imitation of traditional gins.
With the new release, Cygnet aims to enhance the social experience for non-drinkers and occasional drinkers by offering a non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ that ‘provides more, not less’.
Matteo Fantacchiotti, partner and chairman of Cygnet Gin, commented: “With Cygnet Infinity, our new non-alcoholic expression, we’re once again redefining what luxury spirits can be. We set out to create Cygnet as a true luxury icon, and Infinity is about creating a new standard in the non-alcoholic category.
“What makes this milestone even more meaningful is that it was achieved by a small yet mighty team whose relentless standards and breakthrough thinking continue to push our craft forward. Infinity is proof that innovation isn’t about size, it’s about vision, courage, and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.”
The recipe
Infinity is produced through a distillation process that utilises the same 22 botanicals that are found in Cygnet’s signature recipe, including Manuka honey, as well as a blend of select botanicals.
The expression is achieved by employing two separate infusion methods to honour each ingredient’s unique properties.
The lion’s mane undergoes a two-hour infusion at carefully controlled temperatures to extract its earthy character. Meanwhile, the botanical blend – including Siberian ginseng, schisandra berry, rosehip, hibiscus, chrysanthemum, and capsicum – is prepared through a staged process, with each botanical added at ‘the right moment’ to achieve optimal flavour and the liquid’s distinctive deep pink hue.
Cygnet Infinity is best served with a splash of premium soda, garnished with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary. With 60ml of the ‘spirit’, the serve has less than 20 calories.
Katherine Jenkins OBE, founder of Cygnet Gin, said: “As someone who has always loved the ritual of enjoying a gin yet often chooses not to drink in the days before a performance, I know how limited the choices can feel for those of us seeking something truly special without alcohol.
“With Cygnet Infinity, we wanted to create more than just an alternative – a spirit that carries the same elegance, depth, and authenticity as Cygnet 22, but crafted with innovative botanicals like lion’s mane, Siberian ginseng, and schisandra. These are ingredients I personally find compelling for their complexity and rich histories.”
Jenkins continued: “Every botanical is treated with the same meticulous care and dedication to craft that defines our award-winning gins. This is about elevating the non-alcoholic experience to the same level of luxury: a drink that tastes exceptional, feels considered, and redefines what it means to share a moment, glass in hand, without compromise.”
Cygnet Infinity will exclusively launch in Marks & Spencer Foodhalls nationwide in the UK on 10 December, with a recommended retail price of £32 (US$43).
Earlier this year, Cygnet partnered with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits to launch its range in the US.
