An annual launch that begun in 2015, the limited edition releases are said to ‘honour the finest spirits worthy of the Yellowstone Bourbon name’.

This year’s edition of the series, a 10-year-old blend of straight Bourbon whiskeys, celebrates the Yellowstone brand’s 10th anniversary.

For the 10th anniversary edition, Stephen Beam, founder and master distiller of Limestone Branch Distillery, and his team collaborated with the blending team at Ross & Squibb Distillery.

For the first time, the combined team selected barrels from the Indiana and Kentucky distilleries to create a blend for this year’s commemorative edition.

Beam said: “We’ve done something different with this special annual release every year since 2015. This year’s 10-year anniversary limited edition represents my natural progression of experimenting with blending, using three unique mash bills to create a remarkable product.

“In partnership with the Ross & Squibb team, we pushed the boundaries of innovation by creating our first blend featuring barrels from the Indiana and Kentucky distilleries – without compromising on our commitment to quality that has kept the Yellowstone Bourbon brand on shelf for more than 150 years.”

The 2025 release features three distinct mash bills, each aged for 10 years, and is bottled at an ABV of 52.5% in honour of the debut of Yellowstone Limited Edition in 2015.

On the nose, it displays aromas of vanilla, oak, and citrus, followed on the palate by notes of caramel, toffee, stone fruit, charred oak, honey, cherry, and cinnamon.

Limited to 30,000 bottles, the edition will be available in September at retail locations and directly from the Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky.

Yellowstone 10-year-old has a suggested retail price of US$99.99 for a 750ml bottle.

Last month, the Kentucky distillery launched a range of Yellowstone ready-to-serve (RTS) Bourbon-based cocktails.
