Building on the success of Tullamore Dew’s honey liqueur, the new permanent expressions to the brand’s core range enhance the existing blend by adding premium Irish-roasted coffee.

The new liqueur blends triple-distilled and triple-cask-matured Irish whiskey, made from three distillates, with responsibly sourced, locally roasted coffee from northwest Ireland and natural honey from the Czech Republic.

At 35% ABV, Café Honey blends European café culture with Irish pub traditions, designed to appeal to both seasoned whiskey enthusiasts and newcomers.

Áine McGrath, global head of brand of Tullamore Dew, said: “With Café Honey, we have created a liquid that captures the convivial spirit of Tullamore Dew in a way that feels fresh and relevant to today’s drinkers.

“It offers our trade partners an opportunity to attract a younger, more diverse consumer base while maintaining the quality and craft that define our portfolio.”

The liqueur is best served on the rocks or to give a twist to a classic Irish Coffee, or paired with cold brew.

In Ireland, Café Honey will be available exclusively from the Tullamore Distillery gift shop in County Offaly.

It will also be available in key off-premise outlets in the Czech Republic and Poland from September 2025, followed by other markets, including travel retail, in 2026.

In April, William Grant & Sons paused production for three of Tullamore Distillery’s nine stills, with a further three to be paused at a later date.
