Tayēr + Elementary completes Everleaf Highball set
Non-alcoholic apéritif brand Everleaf has rekindled its partnership with award-winning London bar Tayēr + Elementary to release a Bergamot, Mint + Lemon Verbena Highball.

The 250ml ready-to-drink (RTD) canned cocktail is described as an effortlessly refreshing serve, ideal for enjoying at home or out with friends, on its own, or with the addition of spirits.
Crafted with Everleaf Marine – the brand’s coastal plant-inspired apéritif – the Bergamot, Mint + Lemon Verbena Highball balances citrusy bergamot, cooling mint, and fragrant lemon verbena for a serve that is said to be both crisp and invigorating, with a saline freshness and botanical depth.
This latest release – the third in the series – continues Everleaf’s creative collaboration with Tayēr + Elementary and its founders, Alex Kratena and Monica Berg, who have been longstanding champions of the brand.
Working alongside Everleaf founder Paul Mathew and the rest of the bar team, Kratena and Berg have crafted this serve to celebrate bold, natural flavours that can be found in a non-alcoholic cocktail.
It follows the sell-out success of the previous limited edition RTDs from the collaboration: the Blood Orange + Timur Pepper Highball, crafted with Everleaf’s Forest expression, and the Jasmine + Lily Highball, made with the brand’s Mountain flavour.
Mathew said: “It’s very exciting to be launching this third can with Tayēr + Elementary, completing the set. Each one has been an opportunity to explore a different part of the Everleaf flavour world, and this one with Marine feels like the perfect summer refresh.
“The combination of Marine with bergamot, mint and lemon verbena is fresh, coastal and complex – we can’t wait for people to try it, at Elementary, or with a plate of oysters overlooking the sea somewhere.”
The Everleaf Marine Highball is available now at www.tayer-elementary.com, delli.market, and from Tayēr + Elementary in London for an RRP of £5 (US$6.64) per serve.
