Everleaf partners with Tayēr + Elementary

Non-alcoholic apéritif brand Everleaf has created an alcohol-free canned Highball with London bar Tayēr + Elementary.

Everleaf
Blood Orange + Timur Pepper Highball retails for £4.50 (US$5.70)

The Highball was developed by Tayēr + Elementary’s mixology duo of Alex Kratena and Monica Berg, and Everleaf’s founder Paul Mathew.

It was made using Everleaf’s Forest expression, blood orange and timur spice, which is said to have given it a ‘complex and bittersweet’ taste with citrusy, spicy notes.

Everleaf said the cocktail was created with Dry January in mind, and to ‘provide an easy and flavourful non-alcoholic alternative for consumers to enjoy, whether entertaining at home or in the bar with friends’.

It can be purchased on both websites for £4.50 (US$5.70), or directly from Tayēr + Elementary’s bar.

The Highball is the first non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktail from the Tayēr + Elementary team, who are mainstays at the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s (TOTCF) Spirit Awards – and were most recently nominated for best International Bar Team at the 2023 edition.

The bar is located on east London’s Old Street.

Everleaf, meanwhile, was awarded a Masters medal by the judges at The Spirits Business’s Low & No Masters 2024 for its Forest expression. The expression was one of our top 10 drinks from the competition.

The brand became B Corp-certified last year.
