Stateside Brands buys naming rights to Philly sports complex
By Ted SimmonsThe entertainment destination, previously known as Xfinity Live!, will be called Stateside Live! from this autumn.

The venue is operated by The Cordish Companies’ Live! Hospitality & Entertainment division and sits between sports venues Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and the newly named Xfinity Mobile Arena.
Stateside Vodka launched in 2015 in the Kensington neighbourhood of Philadelphia.
Stateside Brands is also the producer of Surfside Iced Teas and Lemonades, currently the fastest-growing spirits brand in US retail, selling 4.7 millions cases in 2024, a 270.5% increase from the previous year.
“If you really look at the epicentre of our growth, it is rooted in Philadelphia, but particularly Philly sports,” president and co-founder Matt Quigley said. “We built our following one sporting event at a time, over a decade of tailgates and supporting our teams.
“This naming-rights partnership is a full-circle crowning moment and we look forward to many more years of building upon the excitement and privilege it is to be a fan in Philadelphia.”
The change in name coincides with breaking ground on a US$20 million expansion project that will focus on the venue’s plaza.
The plaza renovations will include adding a two-storey VIP building with a rooftop bar, a new central stage for concerts, an upgraded turf area, and public art installations integrated throughout.
The expansion is expected to be completed in 2026, and the facility will remain open throughout construction.
In 2026, the city will celebrate the 250th birthday of the country, the FIFA World Cup, and Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game.
“Stateside is a quality brand with a deep connection to Philadelphia and a strong understanding of the market,” Tony Monaco, VP of operations for Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, said. “As we look to the future of Stateside Live! and completing our expansion, we couldn’t be more excited to bring this unique and homegrown naming rights partnership to the city and continue delivering a world-class hospitality and entertainment experience for our millions of guests each year.”
