Paradiso opens Ibiza outpost

Pacha Ibiza nightclub is now home to an ‘immersive’ cocktail experience from the team behind Barcelona’s Paradiso.

The bar is open from 11pm during summer

Giacomo Giannotti and his team have created 14 cocktails for the bar, including refreshing summer signatures like the Paradiso Mule, Tartufo Gin & Tonic, and Amalfi Spritz.

Other Paradiso signatures making their way to Ibiza include the Great Gatsby, which blends The Macallan 12 Years Old Double Cask, white truffle honey, amaro, lavender, vanilla and chocolate tobacco.

Meanwhile, the Kryptonite is made with Mare gin, Príncipe de los Apóstoles gin, shiso, lemongrass and Sichuan pepper, riboflavin, ‘electric liqueur’, grapefruit cordial, chocolate bitters and keffir lime essential oil.

Beyond the menu, the experience will be brought to life through live cocktail performances, seasonal innovations, and guest appearances from global bartenders.

UK firm Grapes Design has conceptualised the interiors, which feature a glowing circular bar with honeycomb-textured panels. Other design features include sculptural seating and tree-shaped columns reaching into curved, organic ceilings.

The bar will open every night from 11pm between June to October. It is accessible exclusively to Pacha Ibiza ticket holders and patrons.

Earlier this year, Paradiso held its annual Sustainability Summit, gathering some of the world’s leading bartenders to discover better, more sustainable ways of working.

Paradiso topped the World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2022, which quintupled the length of its queues.
