Founded by award-winning Australian bartenders Rachelle ‘Rocky’ Hair and Jenna Hemsworth, Sorry Not Sorry was born out of a shared commitment to challenge deep-rooted issues of abuse, discrimination, and inequality within the hospitality industry.

Following a widely supported national tour across Australia, and after receiving the 2025 Drinks 100 Most Impactful award, the collective is now embarking on its first international tour, bringing its full team of five to connect with global communities.

The international tour, sponsored by Campari Academy UK, Fever-Tree, and Monin, is a global call to action for a safer, more inclusive future in hospitality, and will bring Sorry Not Sorry’s critical message to key UK hospitality hubs via a series of events.

“Our mission to make safer spaces the standard, not the exception, resonates globally,” said Hair. “We’re incredibly excited to bring this conversation to the vibrant and influential hospitality scenes in London and Edinburgh.

“The UK has a rich bar culture and a special place in our hearts. We see huge potential for collaboration and shared learning to raise standards together. We’re here to keep the conversation going and build something better.”

The first event, Sorry Not Sorry: In Conversation, will take place at London’s Lyaness on Thursday 26 June at 12.30pm.

The panel discussion has been designed to spark open dialogue around critical issues impacting the UK hospitality sector, including how the on-trade can foster genuinely safe environments for staff, and the real challenges faced by women and gender diverse people in the industry.

This will be followed by a bar takeover at Lyaness on 29 June from 6pm until late.

An additional bar takeover will take place at Bramble in Edinburgh on 3 July, also from 6pm until late.

Each takeover will offer world-class drinks from Hemsworth, who leads the Sorry Not Sorry creative team, and will be behind the bar alongside some of the UK’s finest bartending professionals.

By collaborating with progressive venues and communities, Sorry Not Sorry says it is able to deliver hospitality experiences that show what’s possible when skill, solidarity, and purpose come together.

The collective will also be visiting Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, and Amsterdam throughout June and July. The collective’s signature merchandise will be available for purchase at all events.

“Change can’t happen behind closed doors anymore,” adds Hemsworth. “This tour is about visibility, joy, and showing the world what a more conscious and creative hospitality culture looks like. We’re excited to connect with the UK professionals driving this work forward.”

At an International Women’s Day event in March, Sarah Walker, project manager for the Women’s Night Safety Charter, shared how venues can help keep women safe at night.
