Dram founders to open All My Gods
By Lauren BowesPart of a partnership with burlesque performer and tattoo artist Roxy Velvet, All My Gods in London’s Bethnal Green will launch this summer.

Chris Tanner, Martyn ‘Simo’ Simpson and Jack Wallis opened Dram in Soho in November 2023.
Tanner is also behind newly opened east London spot Câv.
Câv will soon have a neighbour in All My Gods, which ‘will pay homage to the lost greats of London’s dive bar scene’.
Featuring a playlist of hip-hop and rock ‘n’ roll classics, the bar will focus on tapped cocktails and ‘alternative programming designed to celebrate the weird and the wonderful’.
Designer Louis Yearwood will conceptualise the space, with interiors selected to feel specifically like a modern London dive bar. Details will include ‘90s skater kid’-inspired restrooms, matte black walls with dark grey detailing and murals of Velvet’s original tattoo designs.
As with Dram, All My Gods will feature vending machines, which will offer beer and hard seltzers.
Graphic designer Max Wilson is behind the branding, which is inspired by Mesopotamian gods and includes a bespoke font. Wilson has worked with artist Adele Morse to create three two-metre-high banners for the space.
Velvet said: “So many of London’s great dive bars have closed over the years, like Crobar and 12 Bar Club and, in my opinion, the city is worse off for it.
“I wanted to create a place where like-minded people can come together with loud music and banging drinks and just have a great time. And when the boys said they’d build it, everything just fell into place!”
