Cygnet creates Martini Day serve for Hakkasan
London’s Hakkasan restaurant has debuted the Cygnet 77 Martini Duet, a twist on a Dirty Martini accompanied by Prunier caviar.

The serve is made with Welsh gin brand Cygnet’s 77 expression, which is aged for more than 12 months in Welsh whisky barrels with Manuka honey. It is said to have flavours of juniper, camomile, caramelised Manuka honey and woody notes.
Hakkasan’s Duet series feature two cocktails, designed for sharing. The Cygnet version is available until 1 July.
The Welsh gin features elsewhere on Hakkasan’s cocktail menu, including in the 2.2 Sip Martini. This serve is made with dry vermouth and the brand’s 22 gin, which launched in 2023. Its botanicals include Manuka honey, calendula, cassia bark and white peppercorns.
For those not so keen on Martinis, Hakkasan will also be offering the Welsh Negroni, which has notes of strawberry and coconut.
Meanwhile, the Madame Cygnet features the Welsh brand’s flagship gin, baiju, peach, Supasawa, Moët & Chandon Imperial NV and Pomello Aperitif.
Guests who order all three Cygnet cocktails will receive a complimentary 50ml bottle of Cygnet 22.
Classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE and artist and filmmaker Andrew Levitas co-founded Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin in 2023.
The brand’s flagship and 22 expressions were both awarded Gold at The Gin Masters 2024.
