Ten cocktail bar opens at London’s Southbank
By Miona MadsenRestaurateur Jimmy Garcia has opened his latest pop-up concept, a cocktail bar named Ten, today (8 May) at the Southbank Centre’s Queen’s Walk in London.

The new alfresco cocktail bar serves a seasonal menu of 10 cocktails crafted with ingredients sourced from local producers, distillers, and brewers within a 10-mile radius of London. Local spirits include Beefeater Gin, Whitley Neill Gin, East London Liquor Co Rum, Doghouse Aperitivo, and Sapling Vodka.
Garcia is also behind The Chalet at Somerset House and Jimmy’s BBQ Club at the Southbank Centre.
The bar is said to focus on ‘craftsmanship over complexity’.
Standouts from the menu include the Coconut Beegroni, made with Beefeater London Dry Gin, Beesou bitter honey aperitif, and coconut water; and Doppelgänger Aperitivo Spritz, which blends Doghouse Doppelgänger Aperitivo, pink grapefruit soda, and English sparkling wine. All 10 cocktails cost around £12 (US$16).
Garcia said: “Our goal was to create a diverse and approachable menu, from refreshing citrus blends to deep, spirit-forward classics. By honouring the roots of mixology, we’re allowing each ingredient to shine.”
Ten will be open daily between 12pm and 11pm until 30 April 2026.
Other recent London openings include Parasol in Dalston and Laki Kane in Islington.
