Established in 1891, Soplica was one of the top-selling vodka brands in 2023.

The vodka was acquired in 2022 by Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) International, a subsidiary of Maspex Group.

Soplica is known for its flavoured vodka and liqueur portfolio with more than 40 varieties.

The new creation, E Wedel White Chocolate & Pistachio, offers notes of roasted pistachios and creamy white chocolate, leading to lingering sweetness on the palate.

The liqueur embraces the growing trend of dessert-inspired spirits.

Soplica E Wedel White Chocolate & Pistachio can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as the foundation of a cocktail. The brand recommends serving it in a Pistachio Delight, which combines 50ml of the liqueur with 25ml coffee liqueur and a float of 50ml heavy cream.

Pairing suggestions include desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta, and pistachio macarons, while its creamy texture is said to complement cheese, and nut-based pastries.

Offered at 15% ABV in 500ml bottles, the liqueur is available in the Netherlands through Anker Amsterdam Spirits and Top Drinks.

At The Spirits Business Spring Blind Tasting 2025, Soplica Vodka was awarded a Gold medal, and its liqueurs took home a further six Gold and three Silver medals.

Last year, the brand relaunched its bittersweet Gorzka liqueur after a 20-year absence.
