The collaboration brings Ukiyo’s spirits to The Ivy Asia’s restaurants across the UK from 24 March to 4 May.

Inspired by the Sakura, a Japanese celebration of the blossoming cherry trees, the limited edition cocktail menu is said to blend Japanese botanicals with The Ivy Asia’s opulence.

The menu features cocktails with a twist, crafted with Ukiyo Blossom Gin and Rice Vodka.

Ranging from £12-£15 (US$16-$19), highlights from the cocktail menu include the Sakura Spritz, which combines Ukiyo Rice Vodka, Bellamie Cherry Liqueur, rose syrup, and Prosecco, topped with candyfloss, and the Blossom & Tonic with Ukiyo Blossom Gin, sake and lychee cordial, and rhubarb and raspberry tonic.

Alongside the cocktails, The Ivy Asia offers Afternoon Tea (£33.95/US$44) and Champagne Afternoon Tea (£43.95/US$57) from 3pm-4.45pm, as well as a special dessert platter inspired by the beauty of the cherry blossom season.

The new menu and afternoon experiences are available at all The Ivy Asia locations in the UK, excluding Manchester.

Ukiyo’s range is inspired by Japan’s distilling heritage and utilises traditional local rice spirits and select botanicals.

At the Spirits Masters 2024, Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka was awarded taste master in its category.

The owner of the brand, Drinksology Kirker Greer, was recognised with a B Corp certification in October 2024.
