By Miona MadsenThe annual world fair for organic wines, spirits and other alcoholic beverages, Millésime Bio, will be hosted by the SudVinBio association from 27-29 January 2025.

The trade event, which takes place at the Montpellier Exhibition Centre in France, is described as ‘the largest fair in the world’ for organic wines and alcoholic drinks.
The exhibition will be attended by wine merchants, sommeliers, restaurant managers, trading companies, wholesalers, importers, super and hypermarket buyers, and specialist organic shops.
It will offer brands and industry professionals an opportunity to connect, meet passionate producers, and explore the trends in the organic spirits market.
Registrations for Millésime Bio 2025 reportedly closed in record time. In 2025, 11,000 trade professionals are expected to attend the fair, and 1,500 exhibitors from 16 countries have been confirmed, matching the numbers of the 2024 exhibition.
The upcoming trade event will feature wine, masterclasses, beer, cider, and no-and-low beverages.
Returning for its second year, the Spirit&Bio zone will offer spirits enthusiasts an opportunity to discover and taste organic spirits.
The Spirit&Bio area will be located in Hall 4, which will be open and accessible throughout the exhibition from 10am on Monday 27 January to 5pm on Wednesday 29 January.
This year, the area will host 23 exhibitors, 10 of which will be participating for the first time.
Some attending exhibitors include Cognac, French vodka, gin and whisky from AR Spirits, English grape-based Drylaw vodka and gin, and Arduenna Organic Gin from Belgium.
Jeanne Fabre, president of Millésime Bio, commented: “Professionals interested in spirits are invited to Hall 4, at the heart of the Spirit&Bio space, to discover a selection of exceptional organic spirits: organic whiskey, organic gin, organic vodka, and more. This dedicated area highlights passionate producers who are revolutionising the world of alcoholic beverages with committed and authentic spirits.
“Since 2019, Millésime Bio has diversified its offerings by also welcoming professionals from the organic alcoholic beverage sector, bringing together a variety of products that comply with the current European organic product regulations.”
