Ramsbury releases blackberry and wildflower honey gin
UK-based Ramsbury Distillery has launched a limited edition berry-forward gin infused with blackberries and wildflower honey.
The new seasonal, limited release is part of Ramsbury’s ongoing Wildflower Honey Collection of spirits, which includes a raspberry gin.
Displaying notes of ripened blackberries with the floral notes of wildflower honey, the sweet-tart-like essence of the gin is achieved with a blend of botanicals and berries.
To create the limited edition, London dry gin is infused with fresh blackberry juice and balanced with wildflower honey sourced from the Ramsbury estate in Marlborough, England. The result is a spirit that keeps the classic character of a London Dry gin while introducing a distinctive berry-forward profile.
Ramsbury Distillery’s commitment to sustainability is evident in every step of the production process. The estate-grown ingredients, including blackberries and honey, are a testament to the distillery’s dedication to creating quality spirits and respecting the environment.
The Blackberry and Wildflower Honey Gin works well in cocktails or can be enjoyed neat.
Now available at the distillery and from the estate’s online store, the latest Ramsbury creation retails at £36 (US$47) for a 700ml bottle and is offered at 38% ABV.
In June, the distillery released a seasonal lemon balm-flavoured gin.
