Sexy Fish launches Cygnet Gin menu

Sexy Fish, a restaurant in London’s Mayfair owned by Caprice Holdings, has partnered with Cygnet Gin to create an exclusive cocktail menu.

The new cocktail menu reflects the versatility and rich botanical profile of the brand’s gin

Available throughout September, the collaborative cocktail menu showcases Cygnet 22 Gin in four cocktails designed to reflect the gin’s rich botanical profile. The gin is made with 22 botanicals, including bee pollen, Manuka honey, hibiscus, lemon balm and rose petals.

Sexy Fish is renowned for its luxurious décor, extravagant seafood, and clientele that includes London’s elite.

The new cocktails are priced between £14 and £16 (US$18-$21).

The Flying South cocktail is made with Cygnet 22 gin, vermouth, chamomile and rosemary, while Apricots on the River is created with apricots, bell pepper, shochu, Cygnet 22 and Prosecco.

Cygnet has recently been making inroads in the on-trade. Last month, it partnered with Argentinian restaurant group Gaucho to create a cocktail, with sale proceeds going to charity. It also teamed up with mixer brand Double Dutch to open a summer garden terrace at Lavo restaurant.

The gin brand is founded by classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE. It received Gold awards for both of its expressions at the Gin Masters 2024 – First Tasting.
