IAADFS to host webinar on Gen Z habits
By Miona MadsenThe International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has partnered with M1nd-set and Blueprint to host a workshop exploring Gen Z customer behaviour in duty free.

The ‘GenZ RedY’ webinar will share detailed insights into Gen Z shopper behaviour in travel retail, including attitudes, behaviours and purchase rates, with a specific focus on North American shoppers.
The workshop will be hosted as a webinar on Wednesday 29 May, at 10am EST.
“We believe it is essential for our industry to remain ahead of the curve, especially with these younger generations whose behaviour is so different to that of other generations, even Millennials,” said Michael Payne, president and CEO of IAADFS.
“It has never been so important to keep abreast of consumer trends given the fast pace of change in consumer behaviour and how Gen Zs are influenced differently from one region to another.
“We are delighted to partner with M1nd-set and Blueprint for this bespoke event for IAADFS, which will bring huge value to our members and other participating industry stakeholders.”
In addition to consumer behaviour, M1nd-set will also discuss sales staff interaction and the importance of sustainability to Gen Zs in travel retail.
Blueprint will provide case studies on various themes to illuminate how brands engage with younger consumers.
More details about the workshop and the registration link can be found on the official IAADFS website.
IAADFS is a duty free and travel retail association representing store operators and suppliers primarily located in the Americas and the Caribbean.
Earlier this year, IAADFS announced the appointments of Julia Seve and Lisa Bauer to the board of directors.
