The transition to the new bottle will be completed in 2024.

The move coincides with preparations for Halloween on 31 October and Day of the Dead celebrations in November, with the brand recommending spooky serves for cocktail menus.

The company also owns Rooster Rojo Tequila, which unveiled its first mezcal in February this year.

Amber Beverage Group saw net sales grow by 17.9% in 2022, driven by its Tequila and Irish whiskey brands.

New additions to the Tequila range in the past year include the ‘smoky’ Rooster Rojo Amuhado and Kah Extra Añejo.
