Smokehead creates touring motorcycle bar
Ian Macleod Distillers-owned Smokehead has created The Smoker Sidebar, a mobile bar attached to a motorbike, to tour the UK and Europe.
The Smoker Sidebar is featured in the sidecar of a Ducati motorbike, which the brand have named The Smoker.
The fully-stocked bar can next be seen pitched up at the Smoke and Fire Festival, in Colchester, UK, between 20-21 August.
The custom-built sidecar bar was created in collaboration with global biking ‘sensation’ Tyler Lunceford.
Iain Weir, Smokehead brand director, said: “The success of The Smoker motorbike didn’t take us by surprise, we knew it was what our Smokeheads wanted.
“Working with Tyler is an incredible experience, he gets the brand and he gets motorbikes. Introducing The Smoker Sidebar is exactly what the summer of 2022 needs. You’ll hear its roar at a festival near you very soon.”
The Smoker Sidebar is an original Dnepr Ukrainian sidecar and includes a seat for Smokehead fans. Lunceford has more than 20 years of experience customising bikes and created The Smoker motorbike and Smoker Sidebar in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The brand released a stout-finished whisky called Twisted Stout in October 2021 on a limited basis, which clocks in at 43% ABV.
Plus, last year Smokehead partnered up with rapper Professor Green and Dragons’ Den investor Stephen Bartlett to produce a limited edition rulebook made for burning.
