Samuel Gelston’s debuts cream liqueur
Irish whiskey brand Samuel Gelston’s is rolling out an Irish cream liqueur in time for Easter.
Bottled at 17% ABV, the latest addition to Samuel Gelston’s portfolio is a blend of Irish whiskey, rich cream and chocolate.
“The launch of our first liqueur is a historic moment for my family who have been making quality artisanal spirits for generations,” explained Johnny Neill, owner of the brand.
“Our latest offering is a real testament to the passion, skill and craftsmanship of our team who have created what I believe is a perfect blend of Irish whiskey, chocolate and cream.
“We are confident that it will be a real hit with drinkers and marks what is set to be both a busy and exciting year for the business.”
The expression offer flavours of milk chocolate and vanilla, underpinned by the taste of whiskey and finished off with a delicate spice. It is recommended served neat, in a coffee or a hot chocolate, or as a dessert ingredient.
The whiskey brand was established in Belfast in the 1830s by Neill’s great, great grandfather Harry Neill.
