Adam Handling’s Eve Bar creates NFT cocktails

Eve Bar, the London venue from chef Adam Handling, has unveiled a collection of cocktail NFTs – thought to be the first of its kind from a UK hospitality group.

Eve Bar has created 13 NFT cocktails

The NFT Cocktail Menu Collection comprises 13 digital assets inspired by the bar’s signature cocktails, and was developed in collaboration with local artists and bartenders.

Each piece will be auctioned on NFT marketplace Opensea. Prices will vary, with some set as high as 2 ethereum (approximately US$5,600). NFT holders will also receive a recipe card and an undisclosed number of complimentary cocktails at Eve Bar.

Three of the cocktails in the collection have been developed exclusively for the project – one created by the drinking den’s newly promoted bar manager, Marco Grisafi, another by head bartender Giulia Gazzetto, and a third by Josh Linfitt, bar manager of Adam Handling’s Ugly Butterfly bar and restaurant in Cornwall.

The buyers of these three NFTs will also receive the ‘secret’ recipe for their respective cocktails, as well as an in-person or digital masterclass with the bartender who created it.

Eve Bar plans to promote the NFT collection across its social media platforms, with a particular focus on Twitter, in an effort to ‘grow awareness for NFTs within the hospitality industry’. The auction date will be announced shortly.
