Ready-to-drink (RTD) producer Mandatory Spirit has created a range of cocktails packaged in single-serve cartons.

Australian company Mandatory Spirit Co, formerly known as Basic Babe, creates pre-mixed cocktails in box formats.

The firm has expanded its Boxtails range to include a trio of cocktails available in single-serve tetra packs.

The single-serve drinks include Mai Tai, Passionfruit Martini and Pink Gin Daiquiri.

The Mai Tai is a new offering from Mandatory Spirits, while the other two variants are staples in the range.

The Passionfruit Martini and Pink Gin Daiquiri are also available in two-litre box formats. The two-litre Boxtails are presented in a 100% recyclable cask-style box.

The company said it sold 10,000 units in the first five days of launching and ran out of its three-month supply in just over a month in Australia.

Mark Collins, Mandatory Spirit co-founder, said: “Boxtails started flying off the shelves when we launched, social media was going wild, people couldn’t stop talking about them.

“We couldn’t be happier with our new single-serve tetra packs and are so excited for our customers to enjoy them along with our new flavours this summer.”

Each serve contains 60 calories and is made with real fruit juice and spirits. The single-serve Boxtails are available to purchase from Amazon for RRP AU$24.95 (US$18) per pack of six.

The two-litre Boxtails are available to purchase from BWS and Dan Murphy’s for RRP AU$29.99 (US$21) each, or two for AU$50 (US$36).
