Out of This World Whisky Blend is made from single malt, rye, corn and wheat whiskies from Canada, the US, Scotland, the Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, Taiwan, India, Italy, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Denmark and a closed Japanese distillery.

It was inspired by blends such as Johnnie Walker Blue, Ballantine’s 30, and Japanese blends.

Bottled at 46.3% ABV, the whisky will be available from select retailers in the UK, including Master of Malt, from 6 September, priced at RRP £99.50 (US$137) per 700ml bottle.

Dr Sam Simmons, head of whisky at Atom Brands, said: “We blended some fancy-ass whiskies from around the world, for the way the world drinks fancy-ass whiskies: sipped neat, ready for whatever fancy-ass glass you choose.”

Furthermore, TBWC will partner with Milroy’s of Spitalfields for a month-long takeover of the London whisky bar.

The collaboration will include events throughout the month, such as Highballs on tap, a monthly cocktail menu and tasting flights hosted by Boutique-y ambassador Dave Worthington. One-off events will also be available, with further details on the Milroy’s website.

Atom Brands, owner of TBWC, created an Australian whisky series earlier this year.

Meanwhile, last July, the company added the World Series whisky range to the TBWC portfolio.

In January 2019, Japanese whisky producer Suntory unveiled a ‘world whisky’ blend comprising liquid from Irish, Scotch, American, Canadian and Japanese distilleries.
