Ex-Diageo exec joins Double Dutch as on-trade sales head
Tonic water and mixer producer Double Dutch has appointed former Diageo executive Victoria Tripp as head of on-trade sales.
Victoria Tripp joins Double Dutch after holding roles at Diageo, Proximo Spirits and Cellar Trends
Tripp joins Double Dutch after working for drinks giant Diageo for six years in a commercial role. In her final year at the company, Tripp was responsible for creating bespoke experiences in a customer activation position within the Reserve portfolio.
Tripp brings a variety of sales and marketing experience to Double Dutch, having previously held commercial roles at Proximo Spirits and Cellar Trends.
Raissa de Haas, co-founder of Double Dutch, said: “We are delighted to welcome Victoria to the Double Dutch team.
“She has years of valuable experience and joins us at a pivotal time in the business. I look forward to working with her to deliver our ambitious growth plans.”
Tripp’s appointment follows a number of recent additions to the Double Dutch team, including Angela Farrugia as a non-executive director, and Jo Verdult as general manager and chief operating officer.
“It’s an exciting time to be joining Double Dutch as they are making waves in the drinks sector,” said Tripp. “I look forward to working alongside the young and dynamic team while pushing the brand’s on-trade strategy forward.”
Earlier this month, Double Dutch unveiled a scholarship and mentoring programme for female bartenders to support women looking to build a career in the industry.
