Bacardi names executive vice president and CFO
Family-owned spirits firm Bacardi has appointed Tony Latham as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Latham will be responsible for overseeing all finance activities at Bacardi, including global accounting, tax and treasury. He will also be tasked with revenue growth management, and global business services and information technology.
In his new post, Latham will become a member of Bacardi’s global leadership team and report to chief executive officer Mahesh Madhavan.
Latham joins Bacardi from Unilever, where he worked in a number of finance roles. Most recently, he held the position of executive vice president finance – group performance management.
He joined Unilever in 2011 as the VP of finance – North Asia, and was based in Shanghai, China.
Before this, he worked for Danone as global CFO for its medical nutrition division and regional finance, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Australian has also worked in country and regional finance roles in Australia and Indonesia.

Provided the Bermuda Immigration Authority approves, Latham will relocate with his family to Bermuda to take up the new post in September.
