World of Zing creates new menu for Rosa’s Thai Café

Bottled cocktail specialist World of Zing has created a new drinks menu for London-based restaurant chain Rosa’s Thai Café.

World of Zing has created five Thai-inspired cocktails for Rosie’s Thai Cafe

World of Zing has created five Thai-inspired cocktails that will be served at the chain’s 15 venues across London.

To serve each cocktail, staff members simply pour the cocktail over ice, add soda if required and garnish.

Pritesh Mody, founder of World of Zing, said: “Rosa’s Thai Café was World of Zing’s first on-trade client, so I’m incredibly proud to be continuing our successful relationship with the development and launch of their new cocktail menu.

“Our unique facility pre-batches cocktails with the same complexity found in the best bars, so Rosa’s Thai Café will continue to benefit from bespoke handcrafted cocktails that are both simple to serve and consistent across all of their venues.”

Drinks on the new menu include the Appe-Thai-Zing, which is a lemongrass and ginger Collins made with Tanqueray Gin and Asian botanical sour syrup; and the Thai & Stop Me, a whiskey sour made with Bulleit Bourbon and pandan leaf.

Saiphin Moore, Rosa’s Thai executive chef and founder, said: “We’ve recently shaken up our food menu and enlisted World of Zing to refresh our cocktail offering to complement our new dishes.

“We’re really pleased with the brilliant range they’ve crafted of classic cocktails with a Thai twist, which perfectly matches the aromatic, spicy flavours in our food and allows our teams to easily serve up bartender-quality cocktails for Rosa’s customers to enjoy.”

World of Zing recently partnered with The Langham Hotel in London to create a range of ready-to-drink cocktails to be stocked in its minibars.
