Duck & Waffle creates 12 Drinks of Christmas
Sky-high London cocktail bar Duck & Waffle has launched a menu of 12 Christmas-inspired cocktails.
Duck & Waffle 12 Drinks of Christmas has been created by Richard Woods, head of cocktails & spirits at the London bar, in partnership with Bacardi and William Grant & Sons.
The 12 cocktails on the menu use seasonal ingredients and include the Mulled Negroni, made from Hendrick’s Gin, sweet vermouth, amaro and mulled spices, and the Fig & Chestnut Manhattan, which mixes caramelised fig-infused Woodford Reserve, Punt e Mes and charred chestnut.
Throughout December, visitors to the bar will be given a branded Duck & Waffle Christmas cracker containing the new cocktail menu, as well as a hat, a joke, and a drink-related gift. Customers must pull the cracker to reveal the menu and treats inside.
Other drinks on the menu include the Winter Spiced Champagne Cocktail, made with Smokey Monkey, mince pie liqueur and Champagne, and the Panettone Flip, which combines Cognac, festive spices, panettone infusion and egg.
In October, the famed London bar launched a menu that celebrated its year of cocktail creation.
