Duck & Waffle celebrates year of cocktail creation
By Owen BellwoodTowering 40 storeys above the streets of London, Duck & Waffle has launched its latest cocktail menu featuring a selection of the venue’s favourite serves from the past 12 months.
The Reformed Pornstar features on Duck & Waffle’s On Reflection menu
On Reflection, which has been created by Duck & Waffle’s head of cocktail development, Rich Woods, features 12 drinks that have appeared on the bar’s menus over the last year.
Woods selected his favourite creations from the bar’s previous menus, including the Ristretto Negroni – which featured on the bar’s flavour-focused menu that was inspired by Woods’s book, The Cocktail Guy.
The menu includes the “fresh, fragrant, long and citrusy” Pine Cone Fizz, which combines pine cone-infused Ford’s gin, St Germain, lemon bitters, citrus and Prosecco; and the Pink Peppercorn Lemonade, made from pink peppercorn-infused Bombay Sapphire gin, clarified citrus, elderflower and soda.
On Reflection also features the Removed Mandarin Aviation, which is made from mandarin-infused Hendrick’s gin, Maraschino liqueur and grapefruit sherbet; and the Reformed Pornstar Cocktail, which combines Grey Goose vodka, Sherry, split cream, clarified passion fruit and vanilla.

Acorn Aperativo
Ingredients: Russian Standard vodka, Cocchi Rosa, acorn liqueur and elderflower.
Apple Pie and Rye
Ingredients: Clarified rye whiskey, St Germain, distilled apple pie and cucumber bitters.
Black Cherry Godfather
Ingredients: Monkey Shoulder whisky, black cherry liqueur and burnt caramel.
PS Olive You
Ingredients: Green olive Cabeza Tequila, Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto, verbena, tonic and Prosecco.
