London Cocktail Club has created a new winter cocktail menu for the cocktail bar in the business lounge at the London terminal of high-speed train service Eurostar.

London Cocktail Club has designed a cocktail bar at the Eurostar terminal in London

The London Cocktail Bar features a range of Dutch, French, Belgian and British spirits and drinks created to encapsulate Eurostar’s heritage.

Yann Bayeul, Eurostar catering product and service manager, said: “Following the success of the Paris cocktail bar, we’re excited to unveil the London edition.

“Our Business Premier passengers are often looking for somewhere to unwind after work, and our leisure travellers are typically up for a tipple.

“With a winter menu designed by the London Cocktail Club, featuring spirits from our key destinations, we hope travellers will enjoy the new experience.”

As part of the beverage programme, Michelin star chef and Eurostar Business Premier culinary director, Raymond Blanc OBE, has designed a bespoke cocktail for the lounge. The Lavender Dusk combines Eurostar’s own gin, Toujours 21, with ‘delicate floral notes, punchy fruit flavours and piquant undertones’.

Blanc said: “The new London cocktail bar is a fantastic addition to the lounge. With its elegant design and impressive drinks menu created by the London Cocktail Club, we’re looking forward to indulging our passengers with a new and exciting space to relax before travelling.”

Designed by global architects, Softroom, the new London cocktail bar will also include a winter gin and tonic menu, featuring gins from Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and London.
