Seedlip to publish non-alcoholic cocktail recipe book
Seedlip is preparing to launch its first cocktail book featuring 100 non-alcoholic recipes for drinks enthusiasts to recreate at home.

The Seedlip Cocktail Book will be published by Penguin Random House and will include recipes from the non-alcoholic distilled spirit brand and some of the world’s leading bartenders. Drinks photographer Rob Lawson was responsible for the imagery in the book.
The A5 hardback book is ready to pre-order now, with 500 copies up for grabs and signed by Seedlip founder Ben Branson. It has an RRP of £14.99 (US$20) and will be released on 1 November 2018.
Seedlip cocktail: The Grass is Greener
Cocktails include The Grass is Greener, made with Seedlip Garden 108, meadow syrup, cut grass, soda and garnished with cucumber flower.
Branson said: “Whether you’e a professional bartender or an at-home experimenter, I hope this book demonstrates that cocktails without alcohol, when taken seriously, can be both fun and taste great.”
Seedlip currently boasts two expressions within its portfolio – Seedlip Spice 94 and Seedlip Garden 108.
The brand has been gaining traction over the last year as the trend for no- and low-alcohol drinks has grown.
In January, Seedlip hired Belvedere Vodka’s ex-head of spirit creation, Claire Smith-Warner, to help expand its portfolio.
