Jura completes community-focused range
Island distillery Jura has released the third and final whisky in its range of single malts that celebrates community.
Jura One for You completes the brand’s community-focused series
The 18-year-old Jura One for You expression has been aged in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in virgin American white oak quarter casks, said to “add extra character” to the whisky.
The single malt whisky is part of a collection that pays homage to Diurachs, the people of Jura.
Graham Logan, Jura distillery manager, said: “This special limited edition expression has been created with our extended community in mind. With flavours of honey, vanilla, almond and white chocolate it is the perfect whisky to toast those who embrace the Jura spirit worldwide.”
The range first launched in 2016 with One for the Road, a commemorative bottling to mark the retirement of Willie Cochrane, Jura’s former distillery manager.
The following year, the brand launched One and All, which celebrates the distillery’s community and workforce.
Jura One for You is available online and in select global markets at an RRP of £130.
Earlier this year, Jura launched a new signature range of single malts globally, featuring a new smoky flavour profile and bottle designs.
