Hayman’s creates dedicated UK sales team

Gin producer Hayman’s of London has put together a national sales team in the UK following the launch of its new distillery earlier this year.

Hayman’s Gin has created a dedicated UK sales team

New recruits Richard Casement, Brad Sollis and Chris Bryant-Mansell work alongside the brand’s head of UK sales, Justin Shore.

The team will be led by Justin Shore, head of UK sales, with support from Richard Casement, Brad Sollis and Chris Bryant-Mansell.

Together, the group will be responsible for implementing route to market and on- and off-trade support to customers throughout the UK, and will be the point of contact for all UK trade enquiries.

James Hayman, fifth generation of the family of distillers, said: “The launch of our new London distillery and new packaging earlier this year marked a new phase for Hayman’s, as we returned to our London roots.

“By creating a dedicated sales team in the UK, we are focused on growing distribution to become the go-to English gin brand in our home market.”

In March, Hayman’s relocated its distillery back to the UK capital, less than four miles from where the original distillery was founded in 1863.

Last month, Hayman’s launched a campaign to ‘Call Time on Fake Gin’, and will host a debate in September regarding the issue of safeguarding the category.
