Sullivans Cove XO

Tasmanian whisky producer Sullivans Cove made its first foray into brandy last month with the launch of Sullivans Cove XO.

Sullivans Cove XO is made with wines from the Huon Valley region. It has been distilled in the same way as Sullivans Cove’s single malt whiskies, and aged in either French or American oak barrels.

The first release of Sullivans Cove XO, cask TDB0040, was matured in a 300-litre American oak ex-tawny barrel for nine years.

It is made from a blend of Tasmanian Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay.
