First launched in 2014, the five-strong range comprises a Blackberry & Tamarind Spiced Rum Spritz, Bordeaux Aged Negroni, Steel Aged Manhattan, Persian Lime & Nori Margarita, and Bitter Orange, Strawberry & Ginger Spritz.

The small-batch selection is produced in the company’s ‘cocktail development centre’ in south London and is available through speciality distributor Cotswold Fayre or via the World of Zing website.

Peanut Butter and Jam Old Fashioned

The bartenders behind London’s Worship Street Whistling Shop launched its inaugural bottled cocktail range in 2015.

Aske Stephenson, founded by Thomas Aske and Tristan Stephenson, is made up of six ready-to-serve cocktails comprising a Peanut Butter & Jam Old Fashioned, Leather & Walnut Sazerac, The Revery, Garden Bramble, Sesame and Popcorn Daiquiri, and Flat White Russian.

The Peanut Butter & Jam Old Fashioned is bottled at 36% abv and is made from American whiskey redistilled under pressure with peanut butter and strawberry jam, hand-sealed with raspberry jam-scented wax.

The elegant gift set features four classic cocktails, including The Martini, The Negroni, The Manhattan and The Old Fashioned.

Pornstar Cocktail

The creator of the Pornstar Martini and founder of the London Academy of Bartending, Douglas Ankrah, has launched a bottled edition of the modern classic cocktail.

Made with “natural grain spirit” and 100% passionfruit purée, the Pornstar Cocktail is said to “perfectly capture the flavour profile of the original Pornstar Martini” and cuts down the preparation time from three minutes to 30 seconds.

Ankrah suggests floating one half of a fresh passionfruit in a glass filled with Pornstar Cocktail and dusting with vanilla sugar for ‘The Classic’ serve.

Mr Lyan Bottled Cocktails

Widely thought of as the product which truly set the wheels of the pre-batched cocktail trend in motion, Mr Lyan’s Bottled Cocktails were launched by Mr Lyan, otherwise known as cocktail maverick Ryan Chetiyawardana, in 2014.

Following the opening of his boundary-breaking White Lyan bar, the range includes a Bonfire Old Fashioned, Candlelit Manhattan, Diamond Rickey, Rainy Day Spritz and Spotless Martini.

Tipplesworth Espresso Martini

UK-based producer Tipplesworth launched three cocktail mixers – Raspberry Mojito, Espresso Martini, and Bramble – exclusively through Selfridges last year.

Described as “rich and smooth”, the Espresso Martini mixes cold-brew coffee and velvety notes of vanilla and maple. The mixer, which has the ability to make 10 Espresso Martinis, is made by adding vodka and ice.

The Old Fashioned Cocktail

The Handmade Cocktail Company’s Old Fashioned – a blend of Bourbon, bitters and orange peel – is described as having notes of toasted vanilla, chocolate mousse and light wafts of Alpine herbs.

The Handmade Cocktail Company uses “vintage” recipes that you simply pour over ice, stir and strain into your glass of choice with a twist of orange peel.

Classico Negroni

Renowned cocktail expert Tony Conigliaro has released a pre-mixed Negroni cocktail, following demand from regulars at his venue Bar Termini.

Described as a “traditional blend” of London dry gin, Italian vermouth and Italian bitters, the Classico Negroni has been cooked sous-vide, or under vacuum, at a low temperature over several hours. The gentle heat is said to stimulate the breakdown of aromatic compounds in the liquid and speed up the ageing process. The resulting drink is described as “almost identical” to a bottle-aged cocktail.

Tails Berry Mojito

Made in collaboration with Lucas Bols, Berry Mojito consists of house white rum, Bols Crème de Cassis, mint, and lime juice.

The Tails range is crafted in collaboration with global cocktail professionals, including mixologists, master distillers and flavour experts. The range features an Elderflower Collins, Berry Mojito, Moscow Mule, and Espresso Martini.

Black Watch

Available to buy bottled or served up at Mac & Wild’s London restaurants, Black Watch is a “smooth and awakening” blend of Talisker 10 infused with Scottish Janszoon coffee beans, coffee liqueur, amaro and cold brew.

The expression results in a “smoky, salty and sweet” tipple with a “deep nose of coffee”.

The new bottling is recommended enjoyed straight up over ice, or shaken with a foam top, as a pre-party aperitif, or post-dinner drink.
